Expertise: Currently, Principal with the Frisco, TX law firm of the Seabolt Law Group. Serve as legal advisor to established, emerging and accelerating businesses and independent entrepreneurs. Launch start-up companies and assist mature companies to transition to sophisticated business transactions, including investor offerings, securities, mergers and acquisitions, international business, and succession planning. Provide outside General Counsel Services. Assist individuals and companies in establishing presence in international jurisdictions and foreign businesses in establishing a presence in the U.S. Licensed to practice law in Texas.

Served as outside General Counsel, Board Member and Corporate Secretary to a publicly traded company in the oil and gas water reclamation industry. Served as Corporate/M&A Counsel to a publicly traded renewable energy holding company. Speaker on corporate law, alternative dispute resolution, international transactions and asset protection planning.
